IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN OUR PRICING AND FREE SHIPPING WE HAVE PUT THE RESPONSIBILITY ON YOU, TO ORDER THE RIGHT PART!

  • THERE ARE ONLY 2 WAYS YOU WILL BE ABLE TO RETURN YOUR PART ORDERED FOR A REFUND OR CREDIT!
  • 1. IT IS RECEIVED DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE.
  • 2. IT IS NOT THE PART NUMBER YOU ORDERED.
  • NO EXCEPTIONS 
  • Please email your return request to return@dealerpartsxchange.com indicating one of the two reasons listed above, otherwise you own that part.
  • Return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt.
  • We cannot do exchanges. Please DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PART# to ensure you’re getting the right part.
  • Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with the return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find to have been installed, used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Don’t chance ordering the wrong part. To prevent avoidable returns, please verify part numbers, compatibility and fitment prior to purchasing
  • Liquids are not returnable.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
